On the
2nd October 2014 Year 5 went to Eskdale to watch the Pearl of
Africa Choir.
It was amazing.
After we went past these excellent bracelets and drums
that people handmade that we could buy.
The drums were so soft and the friendship bracelets
were so cool.
After all of that we learnt a song called Pamba Zuka.
It was so fun and the people who taught us it were very
good
at singing. Here comes the cool part: we
learnt how to dance! It was very fun to do but a little bit embarrassing! A
year 5 girl got brought up to the front to dance because she was very good at
doing it. The last thing we had to do was some games. The first thing we played
was musical statues, it was very fun! Then we played a game called grouping. Grouping is where you dance to some music and
when you hear the music stop you have to get into group of which the number is
given.
