WOW!!
What a tiring day you know why? I’ll tell you why. It was the girl’s football
tournament!! Even though we came 6th place it was the most amazing
match we’ve ever had. We had about 7 matches. Teachers were really proud of us
because we were the first girl’s team to ever get to the finals! We drew 4 and
lost 3. BOO!! L Oh well it was a once in a lifetime
opportunity. I have to say our goalie was AMAZING!! Brr!! It was freezing. The cold never bothered me anyway. I was wishing to get
a warm hug. But before all this happened we had our
first tournament.
On our first match we won 4 nil. Since I was
playing in defence, Mrs Sedman kept telling me to stay back and be the last person.
I didn’t like that at all but at least I scored a goal. Some of the schools
play hard. I thought all they cared about was winning. But I didn’t… well maybe
a teeny tiny bit. Ok I did, but we were there to have FUN. After what seemed
like years we finished. “That was truly AWESOME.”
