Wear Red Day!

Our innovate challenge for our 'Blood Heart' topic was to raise some money for the British Heart Foundation. After studying the heart, we have realised the importance of having a healthy heart, so we thought it would be a good idea to help some people that aren't as lucky as we are.

On Thursday 5th February we all came to school dressed in red and white clothes. During the afternoon, we held skipping workshops for Class 1 and 2. We showed them all of the skipping skills and games that we have learnt to help them learn to skip.

On Friday 6th February we all brought different pieces of fruit to school and chopped them up to create a delicious fruit salad! We sold it alongside the cakes at break time! It was yummy! We also worked hard to make lots of loom band bracelets. We sold these at break time also to raise some more money.

We raised a fantastic £82.17 for the British Heart Foundation!
Well done and thank you to everyone!
